Working together on big possibilities to improve the life of many could be my motto. I like to accomplish goals, am enthusiastic and cordial, desire to work in teams, and prefer fast pace and variety. I am considered analytical, conceptual and social, and I am in such able to combine elements of a variety of approaches. I am energized from developing solutions and have several years of professional experiences and results enabled by structural planning and focus on details. I am not overly focused on rules and regulations, and am considered open towards new ideas.

I am comfortable with ambiguity, and my thinking is dynamic. I both seek advice from others and value personal intuition. I am generally accommodating and adaptable but can also be powerful and tough. When I am set on a direction to get something accomplished, I take charge and expect all team members to contribute. I am not afraid to ask tough questions when required. However, I sincerely believe in teams, and in honest and open work environments.
